You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
7) Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States (USA).
Shipping timelines shown on the site are estimates and are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where otherwise required by law.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you believe it is missing, contact us promptly so we can assist with next steps (which may include a carrier claim).
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
8) Subscriptions and Recurring Billing (If Applicable)
If you purchase a product as a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout until you cancel.
Cancellation: You can cancel a subscription at any time through your customer account portal (if available) or by contacting us at info@gethydrolabs.com. To avoid being charged for the next renewal, you must cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only.
We may change subscription pricing from time to time, but we will provide notice as required by applicable law before changes take effect.
9) Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy posted on our website. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Return & Refund Policy, the Return & Refund Policy will control for return/refund matters.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links to third-party websites. We do not monitor or control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ECOM RENEWAL LIMITED’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ECOM RENEWAL LIMITED FOR THE PRODUCT(S) OR SERVICE(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
